Process and requirement:
Complete defense PPT and your lecture before May 16th. Especially for off campus students, you must make sure your internet quality and how to share your PPT. DINGTALK meeting room ID will be given before May 17th.
1. All students must arrive in classroom or get ready in app at least 10 mins advanced, keep silence before your turn as picture above.
2. Your lecture 7-10 min limited, you can explain: 1）task, 2）project overview, 3）construction design, 4）knowledge or new skill you learn from graduation project
3. Answer professors’ questions and complete Defense Record Form and send to Vivian after meeting.
4. Graduation project final score= director professor evaluation 40%+other professor evaluation 20%+defense performance 40%
