Notice of Grade 2022 Graduation Project Defense
Time: China time May 20th (on campus students start from 8:00, off campus start from 13:30)
Platform : on campus in 7D308, off campus through DINGTALK app
Professor: Zhao Junliang, Wu Zexiang, Ye Changpeng, Fan Ning, Lin Heng
Applicants: Students as below
Process and requirement:
Complete defense PPT and your lecture before May 18th. Especially for off campus students, you must make sure your internet quality and how to share your PPT. DINGTALK meeting room ID will be given before May 20th.
1. All students must arrive in classroom or get ready in app at least 10 min advanced, keep silent before your turn as picture above.
2. Your lecture 7-10 min limited, you can explain: 1）task, 2）project overview, 3）construction design, 4）knowledge or new skill you learn from graduation project
3. Answer professors’ questions and complete Defense Record Form andsend to Vivian after meeting.
4. Graduation project final score= director professor evaluation 40%+other professor evaluation 20%+defense performance 40%
What do you required to submit to VIVIAN:
Dear guys, remember to submit those documents to Vivian office(7A203) before May 30th, anything missing, you will not get graduation certificate.
1. Write down what professor ask, and what you answer, complete the Defense Record and send me the electrical version after defense
2. Print and bind Opening Report, paper work
3. Print and bind Literature Review, paper work
4. Print and bookbind final version of your thesis, it must be printed with A4 paper and covered with sky blue leather or cardboard.
Those students who is not on campus, ask your friends help you. All materials must be collected before May 30th !!!
